"Since the early 1900's, there have been horses on the Tampa Yacht & Country Club property. Many generations of members have learned to ride here, including myself. Whitney Grim's grandmother, Evelyn Stephens, trained here in the 1960s. Today's operation combines our rich tradition with a basic love of the horse.

I started riding at yacht club stables when I was 12. That was 54 years ago. It makes me very happy to see that the stables is still around teaching horsemanship. Keep up the good work, making memories that last for decades.
